RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns up to fourteen (14) days after delivery.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@ancestralstudio.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.

If approved, you will be credited for use with us again or the requested item will be exchanged.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit certificate to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should initiate a return process, simply follow the steps below:

1. Go to your "My Purchases" page and select the order number containing the item(s) you wish to return

2. In the order summary, click the "Return" button next to each item you want to return.

3. Complete and submit the required return information, and a confirmation screen with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will appear.

4. You will also receive a confirmation email containing a summary of your return request, shipping instructions, and a shipping label that you may print. A return processing fee of $12.95 will be deducted from your refund once your item is processed. After receiving your confirmation email, please follow the instructions provided to complete your return.

The responsibility for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item from outside of the United States lies with you, and these costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING POLICY

The processing times for your order are independent of the shipping times you see at checkout. All orders are processed within two to five business days (excluding weekends and holidays and subject to possible delays due to high order volume or issues with the postal service) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Our delivery time frame for orders within the USA is 6-8 working days. However, please note that international deliveries may take longer due to varying local regulations. Throughout the delivery process, we will keep you updated, and you can track your package in real-time.

To ensure that delivery times are as short as possible, we have partnered with reputable courier services such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, DHL Express, Passport, and UPS. We will provide you with a tracking number via email approximately 2-3 business days after your order date. Nevertheless, we would like to emphasize that the shipping process and delivery times may vary depending on your location and local regulations.

We kindly request that you take note of our warehouse's holiday schedule to plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on certain dates. Please also note that all orders are processed automatically, and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.
